Greenscene Lawn & Landscape began on February 10, 2014, when my late husband, Marc, and I started this journey together. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to dependable lawn maintenance and landscape services, we built a business we could be proud of.

For me, Greenscene represents more than years of work. It holds the memories of the life Marc and I shared and the time, care, and effort we devoted to building something together. His presence and legacy will always remain an important part of our story.

Today, Greenscene focuses primarily on commercial lawn maintenance and landscaping, as well as larger residential properties of one acre or more. We are dedicated to helping businesses and property owners maintain clean, professional, and welcoming outdoor spaces through reliable service, thoughtful care, and close attention to detail.

Green Scene Lawn & Landscape was founded by Anne Vargas and Marc Vargas in February 2014. The company grew from a shared understanding that landscaping is about much more than maintaining grass and plants. It is about creating an outdoor environment that reflects the care people put into their homes, businesses, and communities.

Over the years, experience has taught our team that every property has its own challenges. A large commercial property may require a different maintenance strategy than an HOA community, while a one-acre residential property can have entirely different landscaping needs from a smaller yard.

That experience has shaped the way we approach our work today. We take the time to understand the property and the expectations of the customer before determining how our services can best support it.

Although Green Scene Lawn & Landscape was established in 2014, our industry experience extends more than 25 years.

That experience provides a practical understanding of lawn maintenance, landscaping, plants, trees, sod, mulch, rock, and minor irrigation needs. It also means understanding the importance of consistency. A property can look great after one service, but maintaining that appearance requires an ongoing commitment.

Our experience helps us recognize the details that can make a difference—from the condition of a lawn to the appearance of landscape beds and the overall presentation of a commercial property.

Green Scene Lawn & Landscape provides services including lawn maintenance, landscaping, re-landscaping, sod installation, plant and tree installation, mulch and rock installation, and minor irrigation checks and repairs. We also provide irrigation inspections and can help identify issues that may need additional attention.

Our home base is Holiday, FL, but our work extends throughout the surrounding Tampa Bay area. We serve customers across Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando, and Hillsborough counties, including Holiday, Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, New Port Richey, Port Richey, Hudson, Spring Hill, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Largo, Seminole, Safety Harbor, Oldsmar, Pinellas Park, Odessa, and Tampa.
